Jeremy Russell brings over 30 years of leadership recruitment experience across global banks, insurers, and investment firms in Asia Pacific and Europe. Having worked within the business, in house Talent Acquisition teams, and as an external executive search partner, he offers a rare and balanced understanding of both client and candidate perspectives.

Jeremy has held senior talent leadership roles with HSBC, UBS, and Marsh McLennan. At HSBC, he led all hiring activity before and after the AXA Singapore acquisition, including the build out of the Executive Committee for the newly formed HSBC Life Singapore.

Originally from the UK and now based in Singapore, Jeremy is known for his pragmatic, strategic approach and belief in relationship driven recruitment. His work focuses on aligning leadership capability with business strategy, culture, and long term ambition.

Steve is the co-founder of Urbana Search and serves as it’s Group Managing Director. Steve offers extensive executive search experience throughout Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific.

Throughout his career he has worked and led several highly regarded recruitment companies as well as benefitting from in-house Talent Acquisition experience across real estate and investment management. Prior to founding Urbana Search in 2022, Steve was responsible for leading JLL’s APAC Talent Acquisition team throughout its transformation, senior strategic hiring and delivering more than 15,000 new hires per year.
